• Base Pay: $10 per hour/aggressive commission plan
• Average Annual Earnings: $52,000
• Top Sales Reps: Over $100,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
• Minimum Expected Weekly Commissions: Average $1,000
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
• Participate in a paid, new hire training program (remote)
• Close multiple sales per call and maintain communication with leads over time
• Engage prospects through follow-up calls and emails, keeping them informed and engaged
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain organized records of interactions and sales progress
• In Person Training, light travel may be required
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to adapt communication styles
• Proficient in CRM software and relevant tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of the trucking industry and related compliance requirements is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule: 40 hours per week required with a flexible schedule Monday - Saturday, 7 AM - 7 PM

Computer Requirements:

Employees may utilize PC or Mac-based computers. If using a PC, the operating system must be Windows 11 (32-64bit), Windows 10 (32- or 64-bit), or Windows 8.1 (32- or 64-bit). If using a Mac, the computer must utilize macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or a later operating version. A minimum of 8 GB RAM is recommended. Employees should use an Intel Core i5 processor or the equivalent. All computers must have built-in Wi-Fi (preferably supporting the latest standards such as Wi-Fi 5 or 6). Ethernet port(s) are also recommended for reliable wired connections.
